SMM Client Case Study: Earth Sign Beauty

Background
Earth Sign Beauty, founded by artist Aimi Sakura, is a beauty studio specializing in hyperrealism nano brows. Using a digital machine, this technique creates ultra-realistic hair strokes that are less invasive, suitable for all skin types, and provide natural-looking results for everyday confidence.
Goals & Challenges
When Earth Sign Beauty came to us, Aimi had a clear vision:
She wanted to create a space where women could feel inspired, learn about beauty in a natural and empowering way, and be reminded that they are capable, whether they’re chasing dreams, prioritizing self-care, or simply seeking confidence in their everyday routine.
She also wanted to position herself as an expert in the PMU space, especially in hyperrealism nano brows, while increasing visibility and booking out her services consistently.
Like many business owners, she needed someone to take over Instagram management completely. Creating, scheduling, and posting content consistently while juggling life as a mom of two boys, a newborn, and a full-time entrepreneur.
Our job was to free up her time, elevate her voice, and grow her community, all while keeping her brand calm, confident, and cohesive.
My Role
As ESB's social media manager, I handled everything from content ideation to execution:
Content strategy & planning
Creative design & production
Caption writing & hashtag/keyword strategy
Community engagement
Analytics & insights reporting
Brand voice guidance

Strategy & Tactics
We built a strategy that aligned deeply with Earth Sign Beauty’s values and ideal clientele:
Monthly Content Calendars
Developed a structured yet flexible content calendar that aligned with seasonal themes (like fall beauty or holiday self-care), service launches, and client FAQs.
Content Pillars That Educate, Inspire & Convert
We focused on a mix of:
Client transformations to build trust and highlight results
Educational content about nano brows, skin types, and healing
Behind-the-scenes stories to humanize the brand
Promotional posts to drive bookings and special offers
Visual Cohesion & Elevated Aesthetic
All content: photos, graphics, and videos, was curated or designed in Canva to reflect the ESB brand: soft tones, clean layout, refined beauty.
Community-Focused Engagement
Warm, timely replies to DMs and comments helped build authentic relationships and trust, making followers feel supported and seen.
Strategic Performance Tracking
Monthly insights were tracked to identify what content performed best. This informed ongoing tweaks to topics, formats, and timing.

Lessons & Insights
Organic reach is real when the strategy is right. 89K+ views with 0% from ads proves that a well-executed content plan doesn't need a budget to perform.
Posts are the backbone. Consistently driving 62–76% of total views, static posts and carousels remained the highest-performing content type, a reminder that Reels aren't the only path to reach.
Profile activity is the bridge to bookings. The steady rise in profile visits and link taps shows that content was doing its job: creating curiosity and intent, not just impressions.
Momentum compounds. From 791 accounts reached in month one to 4,674+ by December, the growth curve speaks to the power of consistent, brand-aligned content over time.

Final Thoughts
Earth Sign Beauty is a clear example of what happens when brand identity and social strategy work in sync. When the content feels like the brand: in tone, in aesthetic, in intention... the right people show up, stay, and take action.
If you're a beauty professional or wellness brand ready to build an Instagram presence that actually converts, this is what intentional social media management can do for you.
