Why are you selling each kit 5 times?
I limit the sale of each kit to 5 times to maintain exclusivity and prevent oversaturation, ensuring that no two businesses will ever look the same. I customize every detail: business name, colors, layout tweaks, and brand elements, so it feels personal and polished for your brand. This approach enables me to offer high-quality design at a more accessible price point, while still providing you with something that feels one-of-a-kind.

How quickly will I receive my brand?
These typically take 3 to 5 business days. You will receive your semi-custom brand identity within a week, and you will be ready to use it for your business as soon as you receive the assets. Rush options are available! Please let us know during the discovery call if you need them in less than three days.

Do I need to purchase fonts?
It is required to purchase fonts for legal purposes. We will send you links to buy the fonts (with a discount code included!). The Desktop license is the most popular option, but other licenses are available. We can discuss which license you need for your business in our discovery call.

Can I book another package in addition to this one?
Yes! If you're interested in our web design (The Premium Package) and/or social media (The Social Package), we'd be happy to incorporate your new branding from this package into your new or existing website/social media.

What if I don't know which one I want?
Not a problem! Once you indicate in the contact form that you are interested in our brand kits, please mention that you are unsure which one you would like to choose. During our discovery call, I’ll be happy to guide you toward the one that best fits your vibe and audience.

What type of business are these for?
These brand kits are ideal for startups and newer businesses that aren't quite ready to invest in a comprehensive brand design. They need something to get them by as they grow and launch. We understand that emerging brands often lack the time and budget for a custom identity, and that's perfectly okay!

Do you offer payment plans?
Of course! We completely understand that branding is a big investment for your business. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold your brand kit and break the remaining budget into multiple payments that are realistic and doable for you.

What's the difference between your brand kit package and VIP design intensive package?
Our brand-intensive package includes everything necessary for a brand identity (logos, color palette, and fonts), as well as marketing materials, social media graphics, and packaging design. In contrast, semi-custom brand kits only include a brand identity.
